Terms of use

HADONE collects and publishes long-term ownership data: whether a product still works, whether it is still used, and whether the people who own it would buy it again.

It is a record of what owners report — not a test laboratory, not a purchase recommendation and not professional advice. A HADONE Score describes the reported experience of the owners who answered. It does not predict how any individual unit will behave.

One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to create one, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can delete your account and everything attached to it at any time — the privacy page explains how.

Only report products you actually own or used to own. Report your own experience, not someone else's.

Do not submit reports on behalf of a manufacturer, a retailer or an agency, and do not submit reports in exchange for payment, discounts or free products. Fabricated, duplicated or paid reports are removed, and the account behind them may be closed.

We may edit, hide or remove content that breaches these terms, is unlawful, identifies a third party, or was submitted to manipulate a score.

New product submissions are reviewed before they become searchable. Products submitted twice are merged into a single page so the ownership data stays together instead of being split across duplicates.

Prices shown on the site are snapshots of what a retailer displayed at the time named beside them. They are not offers, they can be wrong, and they change without notice. The retailer's own page is the only binding source.

A purchase contract is always concluded with the retailer, never with HADONE. We are not a party to it and take no responsibility for delivery, warranty or returns.

We do not guarantee that the site is available without interruption or that its data is free of errors, and we may change or discontinue features.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

We announce material changes on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that date counts as acceptance.
