How owner reports work
What we check, what we do not check, and when a HADONE Score appears. Said plainly, because a trust page that oversells its own verification is the least trustworthy page on a site.

Who can report
An account is required, and each owner counts once per product. Checking in again later updates your answer rather than adding a second voice to the count.
When a score appears
No HADONE Score is published for a product below 10 rated owners. Under that threshold we show the reports we have and say plainly that there is not enough data — rather than printing a number built on a handful of opinions.
As more owners report, the score gains a confidence level that tells you how much data is behind it.
What we do not check
We do not currently ask for a receipt, an invoice or a serial number. A report is therefore not proof of purchase, and we do not call reports "verified".
We would rather state this than imply a level of checking that does not exist.
No paid reports
Nobody is paid for a report. We accept no payment from a manufacturer or retailer to add, change, remove or promote a report, a product or a score, and no such offer would be accepted.
Reporting something suspicious
If a report looks fabricated, or a product page looks manipulated, tell us at hello@hadone.de. Say which product, and what looks wrong. We check every report of this kind.
